Today, a "I am a donor" charity campaign was held at the Medical Service Point of Fergana Polytechnic Institute, in cooperation with the Fergana Regional Blood Transfusion Center. The campaign promoted blood donation as a means of saving lives and contributing to the development of a healthy society. The event saw active participation from the university’s professors, administrative staff, and students. The main goal of the campaign was to enhance health awareness among young people and university employees, share knowledge about the importance of physical well-being, expand the number of voluntary blood donors, and foster a sense of social responsibility.“I also took part in today’s campaign. Knowing that I could contribute, even in a small way, to someone’s recovery brings me pride and a sense of responsibility,” said the university’s Youth Leader, Madadbek Hojiboyev.During the event, participants received educational content through special informational modules about blood donation, medical safety measures, and the physiological and social benefits of donating blood. This initiative not only encouraged greater use of healthcare services but also helped to strengthen values such as compassion, unity, and civic responsibility among the younger generation.
