The Department of "Working with Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities, Control and Monitoring" of the Fergana Polytechnic Institute was established to monitor the implementation of the tasks set out in the National Personnel Training Program, the implementation of regulatory documents and methodological guidelines in the educational process, as well as the timely execution of orders and decisions of the institute. The Department of "Working with Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities, Control and Monitoring" was approved by Order No. 207 of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 29, 2001 and subsequently reorganized in accordance with the order No. OE48062325 dated May 12, 2021. The Department carries out its activities in accordance with the Regulation on the implementation of the "Internal Inspection of Higher Education and Monitoring of the Implementation of the National Personnel Training Program", the Charter of the Fergana Polytechnic Institute and the Regulations of the Department. The department monitors the implementation of the National Program for Personnel Training at the institute, monitors the implementation of educational, educational-methodical, spiritual, educational and educational, scientific-research, executive discipline, advanced training and retraining of personnel, decisions of the board and scientific council, orders of the ministry, agency and university, as well as regulatory documents in the field of education. The department for working with appeals from individuals and legal entities, control and monitoring is directly subordinate to the rector in its activities.
MAIN TASKS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF WORKING WITH APPLICATIONS OF INDIVIDUALS AND LEGAL ENTITIES, CONTROL AND MONITORING
- Work with appeals from individuals and legal entities, study their problems, and promptly find solutions to their problems or provide suggestions based on the established regulatory legal documents;
- monitoring the implementation of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan on higher education, resolutions of the Ministry's Board, orders and other documents, as well as internal orders and decisions of the institute;
- organizing and conducting internal inspections of the institute's teaching and support staff;
- to control and monitor compliance with state educational standards and other regulatory documents that establish the necessary requirements for the quality of personnel training and a high level of training of students;
- providing practical and methodological assistance to branches, faculties, departments and other structural divisions on issues of implementing educational standards at the institute;
- preparing analytical materials and proposals for the management bodies of the institute on reforming and improving the educational process;
- to monitor the execution of orders at the institute;
- providing practical and methodological assistance to departments in eliminating shortcomings identified based on an analysis of the educational process at the institute;
- Participation in the implementation of rating methods for evaluating the performance of professors and teachers.
- Presenting specific proposals to the institute's management to eliminate and resolve shortcomings and problems.
- verifying compliance with educational standards and regulatory documents related to education at the institute and its affiliated educational institutions (lyceums, etc.);
- participate in all types of council work at the institute and its affiliated educational institutions;
- To request necessary documents from branches, faculties, departments and other structural divisions of the educational institution to perform their official duties and to involve specialists in the matter;
- review of course projects (theses), graduation thesis and master's thesis defense, state certifications, and all types of theoretical and practical training;
- to form groups, involving qualified professors, teachers and employees of the university in accordance with the established procedure, to study issues within their jurisdiction on the spot.
